Hello Everyone,
We are now accepting family-friendly spiritual based submissions.
At Kingdomwood Christian Film Festival, we value each film received
and look forward to showcasing your film project. Category as follows;
• "Family Christian Film Viewing"
• "Keep it Real Christian Late Night"
• "Christian Documentaries"
• "Gospel Music Videos"
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Filmmaker must be 12 years of age or older.
• Films must have been produced after January 1, 2007,
• Competition is open to US and international (w/English
Subtitles).
*Sexually explicit, profanity and violent natured content is strictly
prohibited*
Submission Fee: $35.00
LAST DAY FOR ENTRY:
• Post marked by Friday, June 15th 2008.
SUBMISSION FORMAT:
• Two copies of DVD
• Copies will not be returned

What Happened to the Hollywood Black Film Festival?
It appears the economic crunch hit harder than we thought. The Hollywood Black Film Festival closed it's doors this year due to a lack of funds. The bad part is major corporations were it's sponsors. Our Oscar Victories!
We made great strides in the film industry last year, walking away with numerous prizes and still breaking boundries.
Congratulations to Monique and the whole "Precious" family!
And a definate congrats to Geoffery Fletcher, first African American screenwriter to win!! That's a huge deal. And now as filmmakers we can look forward to continuing to put forth great works and entertainment.
